¶ 1 Defendants/Appellants Tim Johnson, Margie Walters, Arnold Johnson and Wyne-ma Johnson, E.J. Tucker and Betty Jean Tucker, William Hodges and Geraldine Hodges (Defendants) seek review of the trial court’s order granting a mandatory injunction, thereby directing Defendants to remedy surface and subsurface pollution from mineral exploration and production on property owned by Plaintiff/Appellee Don Meinders.
