The Streator Aqueduct Company, plaintiff, filed a bill asking the aid of a court of equity to prevent the Illinois Commerce Commission from enforcing the provisions of an order passed by it on May 25, 1922, finding that plaintiff’s schedule, filed under the provisions of the Illinois Public Utilities Act (Laws 1913, p. 459), and described as I. P. U. C.
