THE COURT.

Plaintiff brings this action for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered by him while working for the Pacific Gas & Electric Company as the proximate result of the negligence of the defendant Dean Wilson, who at the time of the accident was working for the defendant and appellant, General Electric Company. In addition to Wilson and the last-named company, plaintiff joined as defendants the Pacific Gas & Electric Company and two of its employees, Milford and Dunwoody.
