Presently before the court are Plaintiffs’ Motions to Remand to the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Plaintiffs in these two related actions are credit card customers of the Defendant banks. 1 Defen dants are national banks located in the state of Delaware. Plaintiffs, all residents of Pennsylvania, brought suit in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, challenging Defendants’ practice of charging late fees in addition to periodic interest charges.
