Halvorsen, Inc., an Oregon corporation; McLaughlin, Inc., a Montana corporation; Austin Construction Company, a Washington corporation; and Babler Brothers, Inc., an Oregon corporation, all do*22ing business as Montag, Halvorsen, Austin arid Associates, a joint venture, for wrongful death.
