STEVENS, Presiding Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on a petition for a writ of certiorari to review the lawfulness of an award of The Industrial Commission of Arizona. This matter was decided under the law as it existed prior to 1 January 1969.

The medical evidence establishes that prior to the year 1964 the petitioner, the injured workman whose claim is now under consideration, had a condition of degenerative arthritis in the ball of the femur of both legs.
