Charles M. Thomson, trustee of the property of the Chicago & Northwestern Railway Company, made application in writing to the Nebraska state railway commission for an order authorizing discontinuance of the agent at Óak, Nebraska, and substitution of a caretaker. The application was denied, one of three commissioners dissenting, and appeal is taken to this court.
