I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Pio Zammit, proceeding pro se, commenced this suit in this Court on .January 24, 2005, asserting product liability claims against Defendant Shire US, Inc., the manufacturer of the pharmaceutical products Adderall and Adderall XR. In support of these claims, Plaintiff alleges that he was prescribed and began taking Adderall in April of 2002, and that his use of this product led to a heart attack and heart damage on April 24, 2002.
