DONIELSON, Judge.

Attorney Douglas Lindaman was convicted of two counts of lascivious acts with a child. As a result of his conviction he was disbarred and is currently serving a sentence in the Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility.

Lindaman asserts that while the criminal case against him was still under investigation, one of the victims, Christopher Bode, sought to obtain evidence against Linda-man by breaking into Lindaman’s home, which also served as his law office.
