Plaintiff-Appellant the State of Hawaii [hereinafter “the prosecution”], appeals the district court order dismissing the charge of criminal contempt, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 710-1077(1)(g) (1993), 1 against Defendant-Appellee Fred Eric Poohina in violation of an injunction issued pursuant to HRS § 604—10.5(f) (1993). 2 On appeal, the prose cution argues that the district court, the Honorable James H.
