Background
Plaintiff, Advanced Plastics Corporation (“Advanced Plastics”), manufactures plastic parts for refrigerators. Defendant White Consolidated Industries Inc., d/b/a Frigidaire Co. (“White Consolidated”), manufactures refrigerators. They had a contractual relationship in accordance with which plaintiff produced such plastic parts for defendant for use in its refrigerators.
