This suit was commenced in the district court of Bryan county in August, 1910, by Mrs. C. A. Fisher against the St. Louis & San Francisco Railroad Company for damages sustained from injuries alleged to have been caused ¡by the negligence of defendant while plaintiff was alighting from defendant’s passenger train at Platter, Olda., May 22, 1910. The cause was tried to a jury in May, 1911, resulting in a verdict in favor of the defendant railroad company. Whereupon plaintiff filed motion for a new trial, which was overruled.
