MEMORANDUM OPINION

CACHERIS, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on the defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Complaint. For the reasons set forth below, the Motion is denied.

Background

The defendants, Herbert A. Warren and Richard A. Warren (“Warren”), are Florida attorneys who represented Rene Zambrana in a 1983 libel suit against Philip A. Schleit (“Schleit”) and his publisher. 1 Schleit had written a book, entitled Shelton’s Barefoot Airlines, which allegedly contained defamatory statements about Mr. Zambrana.
