GORTON, District Judge.
The plaintiffs, MHA Financial Corp. (“MHA”) and Charles W. Hoilman (“Hoilman”) (together “Plaintiffs”) assert state law claims for abuse of process, malicious prosecution and intentional interference with contract against defendants, Varenko Investments Ltd. (“Varenko”), Richard Wolfe (“Wolfe”) and Maria-Pia De Fusco (“De Fusco”) (together “Defendants”), for their role in filing a lawsuit in Florida state court. The Defendants have filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and on the grounds that…
