In this action, Plaintiff John Fitzgerald Kennedy 1 (“Plaintiff’) alleges that he is the son of President John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe. Although lacking any documentary or corroborating proof of this assertion, Plaintiff attaches pictures of himself to the Complaint, which he presumably believes reveals his resemblance to President Kennedy.
