Homer Ferguson, Judge:

Tried by special court-martial, the accused was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without the required license, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 92, 10 USC § 892, and wrongful appropriation, in violation of Code, supra, Article 121, 10 USC § 921. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $70.00 per month for five months, confinement at hard labor for five months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
