Margaret Prokop, administratrix de bonis non, has petitioned the court for an order directing four named owners of land who purchased their land from her predecessor, Wanda W. Stoffa, ad-ministratrix of the estate of Joseph J. Stoffa, Sr., a/k/a Joseph J. Stoffa, a/k/a Joseph Stoffa, deceased, to surrender and reconvey these lands to the said estate and that said owners be enjoined from conveying or selling the land.
