This is an action of ejectment to determine the question of title to certain lands described in the writ as between adverse claimants. The assignments of error raise two questions which will be considered in the order. in which they are discussed in the argument of.appellants. It is contended that certain treasurers’ deeds, forming links in plaintiffs’ claim of title, were improperly admitted in evidence.
