OPINION
{¶ 1} Dennis R. Gibson, Jr., appeals from the denial of his request for documents under the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") and the Ohio Public Records Act. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed.
{¶ 2} On September 27, 2001, Gibson pled guilty in the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas to one count of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition, both arising out of sexual contact with his daughter.
