The defendant appeals his conviction of burglary § 40A-16-3, N.M.S.A.1953 (2d Repl. Vol. 6) alleging four points of error: (1) The trial court abused its discretion by not excusing a juror for cause; (2) the defendant was illegally searched and seized and items taken illegally used against him or in the alternative that he was illegally arrested and illegally stopped and frisked; (3) the court erred in not granting defendant’s motion for a directed verdict and his motion to set aside the verdict; and (4) the court erred in denying defendant’s motion to suppress the…
