I am unable to concur in the viewpoint expressed by the majority of my .associates. Article 4, chapter 9, O. S. 1931 (sections 1445-1449), vests in the county courts of this state exclusive jurisdiction over the persons and estates of incompetent persons and outlines the procedure for the protection of the property of such persons.
