OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

By one indictment, the State charged appellant, Stephen Gustave Hone, with 1) sexual assault, 2) indecency with a child, and 3) injury to a child. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial, pleaded nolo conten-dere without the benefit of a plea bargain, and was found guilty of each offense. Without specificity concerning any particular offense, the trial court assessed as punishment ten years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
