This is an appeal from the district court of Payne county; Hon. Arthur R. Swank, Judge.

This is an action in conversion of personal property commenced by A. E. Senter, as plaintiff, on the 17th day of February, 1917, against T. J. Hughes, R. C. Jones, and the New State Refining Company, a corporation, to recover the sum of $5,900, and interest thereon at the rate of six peí-cent. per annum from the 15th day of September, 1915, and costs of the action, which was tried to the court and jury on the 10th day of February, 1919, and resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff for…
