These consolidated appeals arise out of the rescission of two written contracts for the purchase and sale of real property. The sellers and property owners were Executive Excellence, LLC, its principal owner Richard R. Fritts, and Sterling Trust Company (collectively “sellers”). The buyers under assignments were Southern Tradition Investments, LLC and Martin Brothers Investments, LLC (collectively “buyers”).
