Great Water Lanier, LLC, filed this action in the Superior Court of Hall County against Summer Crest at Four Seasons on Lanier Homeowners Association, Inc., seeking, inter alia, a declaratory judgment that two undeveloped parcels of land Great Water owns are not burdened by the declaration of covenants applicable to the Summer Crest subdivision.
