This is a petition by the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order of November 27, 1967, 168 NLRB No. 68 (1967) against respondent Dorn’s Transportation Company, Inc., pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160 (e) (1964).
The Board found that the Company violated Section 8(a)(3) of the Act 1 by discriminatorily discharging employees Richard Rogers and Alvin Weiss. The Board also found that the Company violated Section 8(a)(1) of the Act 2 by coercively interrogating certain its employees about their union…
