Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered December 1, 2005, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, rape in the second degree (four counts), perjury in the first degree (three counts) and endangering the welfare of a child.
