Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of War*874ren County (Austin, J.), rendered October 30, 2002, upon a verdict convicting defendant of two counts of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Acting on a search warrant, police raided a “crack house” in the City of Glens Falls, Warren County. The two-story house’s furnishings consisted of two mattresses and two televisions.
