This is a petition filed in the Supreme Judicial Court by The Delaware and Hudson Company, hereinafter called the petitioner, seeking a determination of the rights of certain shareholders of the Boston Railroad Holding Company (hereinafter called the holding company) in connection with the proceedings in dissolution of that corporation pursuant to St. 1946, c. 518.
