This is an action by the beneficiary named in an individual certificate of insurance issued to Harvey G. Clauson, Sr., under a policy of group life insurance. The certificate under which the plaintiff claims is in the face amount of $50,000. The defendant has paid $30,000 thereof and denies liability for the balance of $20,000, for which this action was brought.
