Plaintiff Mónita Laurent (“Laurent”), a former employee of the Bureau of Rehabilitation, Inc. (“Bureau”), brought this action against the Bureau and certain named members of the Bureau’s Board of Directors, asserting violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”); breach of contract; and wrongful discharge.
