I. INTRODUCTION
On November 21, 2011, the undersigned United States District Judge heard oral argument on defendants Mary Jeffries (“Jeffries”) and Camille Chee-Awai’s (“Chee-Awai”) (collectively, “Defendants”) Motions to Dismiss [Docket Nos. 92, 97].
