Plaintiff Klamath-Orleans Lumber, Inc., doing business as Baybarz Binder Company, brought this action against defendants Clarence and Hilda Miller for an injunction and damages for unfair business competition. The Millers are former employees of plaintiff who went into business for themselves and solicited many of plaintiff’s customers. The equitable issues relating to the injunction were tried by the court without a jury. The court granted first a preliminary and then a permanent injunction restraining defendants from soliciting certain of plaintiff’s customers. On the…
