This matter came on regularly for hearing on December 17, 1985, on defendant Price River Coal Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment. David A. Anderson, James M. Elegante and W. Mark Gavre appeared on behalf of defendant Price River Coal Company and Jeffrey Oritt appeared on behalf of plaintiffs Faye F. Bran-son and Christine K. Saccomanno.
