OPINION OF THE COURT

De GIULIO, Senior Judge: *

The appellant was tried by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of sodomy with a child under the age of sixteen. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for seven years, and reduction to Private E-l. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, the convening authority approved a dishonorable discharge, confinement for three years, and reduction to Private E-l.
