This case is before us on an appeal from an order denying a motion of defendants for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative fór a new trial in an action for damages for fraud. Numerous errors aré alleged, three of which we considér. Defendants assert (1) that the record fails to establish fraud 1 ; (2) that the court erred in permitting testimony relating to transactions between defendants and third parties; and (3) that the damages are excessive and unsupported by the record.
