This action was commenced by plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when an automo bile owned and driven by defendant, in which plaintiff was riding as a passenger, left the highway. The defense of the action was undertaken by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, insurer of defendant, under a reservation of rights, it being the contention of the insurer that it was not liable under a family exclusionary clause contained in the policy which will hereinafter be discussed.
