(orally). This is an action 1o recover damages for a libel. The jury found a verdict in favor of plaintiff for §4,700. The court at the trial, in the admission of evidence and in its- charge to the jury, adhered closely to the views it expressed in overruling the demurrer to plaintiff's amended complaint.
