(after stating the facts). The allegations of the bill are fully sustained by the evidence. When complainants’ teamsters presented the contract to them in Jnly, they informed complainants that it was not so much the wages, but it was “the scale they wanted them to sign.” The teamsters did not have the contract with them, and again called in the evening, with the defendant *514Innis. The contract being a long one, complainants took time to consider it; and when Innis and the teamsters called, a few days afterwards, complainants declined to sign it, and informed Innis and the teamsters that they…
