The plaintiff has brought a class action on. behalf of herself and others similarly situated pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act (“the TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and its implementing Federal Reserve Board regulations (“Regulation Z”) (12 C.F.R. § 226.1 et seq.), sections 353 and 358 of New York’s Banking Law and section 9-204(4)(b) of New York’s Uniform Commercial Code.
