This is an appeal from two orders of the district court: (1) an order granting a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) filed by Defendants-Appellees Safetech International, Inc. (“Safetech”) and R. Gaylen Davenport (“Davenport”) (collectively, “Defendants”); and (2) an order denying a motion for reconsideration filed by Plaintiff-Appellant Air Products and Controls, Inc.
