A general court-martial convicted appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of attempting to use a government credit card for personal use, using a government credit card for personal use, four specifications of dishonorably failing to maintain sufficient funds in his bank for payment of checks or drafts, and dishonorable failure to pay a debt to the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), in violation of Articles 80, 92, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 880, 892, and 934, respectively.
