CAHILL, Judge:

Appellant was tried by general court-martial, military judge alone. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, Appellant entered pleas of guilty to one specification of dereliction of duty in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 892, and one specification of obtaining services under false pretenses and one specification of dishonorable failure to pay a just debt in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
