This is an action brought under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying plaintiff’s application for widow’s insurance benefits based on disability under §§ 202(e) and 223(d) of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 402(e) and 423(d). Plaintiff filed an application for disabled widow’s insurance benefits on November 26, 1971 alleging that she became unable to work in April, 1963 at age 49.
