This is an appeal from an order entered in the circuit court for Wayne county in chancery confirming a sale of the physical property of the Esquire Theatre Corporation to one Michael J. Chargot. There is also a claim of appeal from the denial of several petitions filed by appellants in the same chancery case, seeking to compel said Michael J. Chargot to transfer stock of said corporation to the appellants. The question whether appellants must first obtain leave to appeal from an interlocutory order is not raised.
