This class action concerns the government’s alleged miscalculation of lump sums for annual leave under the Lump-Sum Payment statute, 5 U.S.C. § 5551 et seq., which were paid out to the employees of numerous federal agencies upon the employees’ retirement, death or separation from federal service.
