This is an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from the negligence of the defendant in the operation of an automobile in which plaintiff was riding. Defendant appeals from a judgment entered after verdict in favor of plaintiff and denial of motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
