{¶ 1} Respondent, Joseph Anthony Pfundstein of Pepper Pike, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0056167, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1991. The charges here stem from respondent’s representation of Phillip Einhorn in two separate matters: collection of a legal-malpractice judgment and litigation of an employment-discrimination claim against Einhorn’s former employer.
