The parties will be hereinafter referred to in the same order as in the court below. The plaintiff sues the defendant for a balance of $3668.91 and interest for goods sold and delivered to defendants commencing with January 30, 1917, to and including June 30, 1917, Plaintiff is a cor*44poration. located at Basin, Wyoming, engaged in the milling business.
