AHRENS, Presiding Judge.

Buyers of a house appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants in this action for fraudulent misrepresentation. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiffs, Michael and Mary Wagner, alleged in their petition that defendants, Robert and Cheryl Uffman and Herbert Dill, fraudulently misrepresented the condition of a house the Wagners purchased from the Uffmans.
